Job Description
To provide an employment administration service and the first level HR Advice line. Also to provide clerical support for the teams in Human Resources Section.

Experience of working in a busy office environment using relevant technology and equipment e.g. photocopier,
\n e-mail, intra/internet.
Clerical/administration/typing experience
\nExperience of utilising a range of computer packages including Microsoft Office
\n4 SQA standard grades or equivalent at level 3 or above, preferably including English
\nFlexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure
\nAbility to record information accurately
\nSelf motivated
\nStrong customer care skills and focus
\nAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a team
\nConfident, efficient and reliable
\nUnderstanding of key interpersonal skills
\nWillingness and ability to tackle issues sensitively, discretely and in confidence
\nEffective organisational skills/time management with the ability to respond to conflicting and competing priorities
\nAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Salary: £26,898 (pro rata)
Hourly Rate: £14.27
Hours Per Week: 14.5 hours
Working Hours/ Days: Thursday and Friday 8.45am to 5pm
