Connect Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse Assistant to join an established business based in East Kilbride.

What's on offer?

• Full-time permanent position
\n
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (with an early Friday finish)
\n
• 28,000 to 30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
\n

As a Warehouse Assistant, your duties will include:

\n
• Unloading containers and checking deliveries, locating stock in designated warehouse locations
\n
• Picking goods accurately for outgoing orders and assisting with loading vehicles safely
\n
• Operating a forklift truck to move and manage stock efficiently
\n
• Carrying out regular stock checks and maintaining high housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse
\n

To be considered as a Warehouse Assistant, you will need:

\n
• Previous warehouse experience with strong attention to detail
\n
• A valid forklift licence - essential
\n
• A full UK driving licence and access to own transport due to the location of the site
\n
• Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach to work
\n
