Kirtana consulting is looking for GNME Functional Consultant (GE Smallworld) for 6months rolling contract in Reading.

Job description:

Role Title: GNME Functional Consultant (GE Smallworld)

Must Have Skills:

-GE Small World

-GNME 5.3.x solutions

Nice to have skills:

-Azure DevOps or Git

-Basic understanding of Scripting or configuration (eg Magik, SQL, or similar)

Responsibilities:

-Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements
\n -Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams
\n -Work closely with Developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
\n -Support solution design, ensuring alignment with GNME capabilities and best practices
\n -Configure and validate GNME functionality (eg workflows, data capture processes, validation rules)
\n -Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
\n -Support incident and problem management by analysing functional issues and identifying root causes
\n -Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise business processes
\n -Produce and maintain documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals
