Deployment Engineer - SC Cleared

My client is a consultancy specialising in all things IT Support! they currently are looking for a SC Cleared Deployment Engineer to work on a Windows 11 rollout, the successful candidate will be required to build, deploy and decommission devices.

Pay rate - £25.75ph

Duration - 1 year

Location - Derby (full time onsite)

Active SC Clearance required, please do not apply if you do not hold SC Clearance

Responsibilities

Build new Windows 11 devices using standardised images and task sequences

Enrol devices into Microsoft Intune/Autopilot (or SCCM where applicable)

Install core applications (Microsoft 365 Apps, VPN, security tools, line-of-business apps)

Deploy Windows 11 devices to end users in line with rollout schedule

Decommission Legacy Windows 10 devices in line with IT policies

Backup, restoration, and migration of user data

Securely wipe data using approved tools and methods

Remove devices from Azure AD/Intune/CMDB systems

Manage laptop and device handover to multiple users and sites

IT equipment Install/Move/Add/Change and Disposal ( data wipe and end of life support)

Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to resolve complex issues

Update asset registers and deployment tracking sheets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
