\n QED Legal's client is continuing to expand its York office and is looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Negligence / Personal Injury Paralegal to support the growth of its specialist litigation team.\n
\n
\n This isn't a volume claims environment. The team focuses on serious injury, catastrophic injury and complex multi-track litigation, acting for clients who require technically strong legal support and outstanding client care throughout what are often life-changing cases.\n
\n
\n Working alongside experienced lawyers, you'll become an integral part of a growing department with genuine long-term opportunities as the wider business continues to expand.\n
\n
\n You'll be involved in:\n
    \n
  • Assisting on complex Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury claims.
  • \n
  • Preparing court documents, witness statements and trial bundles.
  • \n
  • Reviewing medical records and expert evidence.
  • \n
  • Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel and third parties.
  • \n
  • Managing your own workload and progressing matters efficiently.
  • \n
  • Supporting solicitors on high-value and technically challenging litigation.
  • \n
  • Maintaining excellent client care and file management throughout.
  • \n
To be considered, you'll ideally have:\n
    \n
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury Paralegal.
  • \n
  • Experience handling claimant litigation files.
  • \n
  • Exposure to serious injury, catastrophic injury or multi-track litigation would be advantageous.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • \n
  • A proactive, team-focused approach and genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • \n
