- Manage the sales progression of Shared Ownership and Market Sale properties from reservation through to legal completion. \n
- Act as the main point of contact for solicitors and mortgage brokers throughout the sales process. \n
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing regular updates and proactive communication. \n
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to ensure completion forecasts remain accurate. \n
- Monitor sales progression, identifying and resolving issues that could delay exchange or completion. \n
- Produce regular reports and maintain accurate records across internal systems. \n
- Ensure all legal, regulatory and compliance requirements are met. \n
- Capture customer feedback to help drive continuous improvement. \n
- Support the wider sales team in achieving regional sales targets. \n

- Previous experience in sales progression, conveyancing, new homes or shared ownership. \n
- A strong understanding of the mortgage and conveyancing process. \n
- Knowledge of common barriers to exchange and completion, with the ability to resolve issues proactively. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. \n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. \n
- A customer-focused, proactive and collaborative approach. \n
- Confidence working independently while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. \n
