Flexible Early Years Practitioner (Qualified) - West Midlands

We are looking for flexible Early Years Practitioners to work across nurseries in West Midlands; Harborne, Moseley, Jewellery Quarter, Southam, Wolverhampton and many more... Supporting children aged 0–5 years. This role is perfect if you are looking for flexible shifts, a variety of settings, and competitive pay.

About the Role:

  • Support children aged 0–5 in nursery settings
  • \n
  • Assist with daily routines, play, learning activities, and care
  • \n
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
  • \n
  • Work alongside nursery teams to meet EYFS standards
  • \n

Pay & Hours:

\n
    \n
  • £13.00–£16.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
  • \n
  • Flexible hours – ideal for part-time or additional work
  • \n
\n

Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • Minimum 1 year of nursery experience within the UK (working with ages 0–5).
  • \n
  • Experience working with children aged 0–5 years as an early years practitioner
  • \n
  • Qualified (Level 2/Level 3) or above in Early Years Education
  • \n
  • Right to work in the UK
  • \n
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required (or a willingness to apply for one).
  • \n
  • We require a 5-year reference history; any gaps in employment must be explained.
  • \n
  • Certifications: Must hold (or be willing to complete) Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding Level 2 Certificate
  • \n
