Estimator Location: Essex Salary: Up to £55,000 An excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join a well-established specialist contractor delivering high-profile commercial projects. The Role * Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions. * Review drawings, specifications and project documents. * Carry out take-offs and pricing for specialist construction packages. * Obtain and assess supplier quotations. * Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the tender process. * Attend pre and post-tender meetings where required. * Support project handovers following successful tenders. What We're Looking For * Previous estimating experience within construction. * Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. * Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Experience with estimating software is beneficial.
