Expression of Interest: Civil Engineering Opportunities in Energy Infrastructure Jobs: Project / Senior / Principal Civil Engineer Locations: Glasgow | Edinburgh First People Solutions is working with a leading consulting engineer that is continuing to grow its Renewable Energy Infrastructure team. With a strong pipeline of major energy and infrastructure projects across the UK, they're looking to recruit Project, Senior and Principal Civil Engineers to support the delivery of a range of exciting developments. We're keen to speak with civil engineers from a variety of backgrounds. Whether your experience is in infrastructure, highways, drainage or heavy civils, your skills are highly transferable into the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have: Experience working within a consulting engineering/design environment Strong civil infrastructure design experience, including highways, drainage, earthworks or general infrastructure projects Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfoDrainage or similar design software Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams and delivering projects through design stage For Senior & Principal level applicants, you'll also have: Experience leading the design and delivery of complex civil engineering projects The ability to mentor and develop junior engineers while providing technical guidance Confidence managing client relationships and taking ownership of projects Chartered status (or be working towards Chartership) In return, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, benefit from flexible hybrid working, excellent career progression and a competitive salary and benefits package.
