We're looking for a Contract Recruiter to join us and grow our contract desk, working with IT contractors and clients across Ireland. You'll be stepping into an active, established market with strong demand already there. The role You'll take ownership of your own contract desk, managing the full contract recruitment lifecycle and building the kind of client relationships that keep coming back to you. Day to day, that looks like: Managing the full contract recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement to renewal Building and developing new client relationships within a lucrative, active market Managing contract extensions, renewals and offboarding smoothly Managing contractor relationships and client accounts, so both sides keep choosing to work with youEarnings Competitive base salary Uncapped commission, paid monthly No cap on what you earn, with contract desks offering strong repeat revenue potentialWorking at Reperio Belfast city centre office with an onsite gym and showers Autonomy to manage your own desk International team incentives each year, with previous destinations including Tampa, Nashville, Amsterdam and Copenhagen Company healthcare, health cash plan and life assurance Support from a team that already has an established presence in IT recruitment across Ireland and the USWhat we're looking for Contract recruitment experience Understanding of contract recruitment mechanics, including rate negotiation and contractor management Confident communicator who can build trust quickly with both clients and contractors Comfortable working to targets in a fast-moving, high volume environment Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business
