Spa Shift Manager Aqua Sana Forest Spa, Woburn Forest | Circa £30,700 per annum Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest Lead the day-to-day operations of Aqua Sana Forest Spa. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure exceptional guest experiences, motivate a team and drive commercial success during your shifts. What you'll be doing Oversee smooth spa operations and uphold high service standards Handle guest enquiries and take accountability for daily performance Lead, motivate and support a large team to deliver outstanding experiences Own a specialist area (Service, Therapy or Experience) while remaining flexible across all areas What's in it for you Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants Bonus scheme and recognition rewards A supportive, friendly team Career development and in-role training Your working hours Full-time You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 over a 4‑week period.
