Chartered Building Surveyor

An opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor in Birmingham to deliver commercial project and professional Building Surveying services across a varied client portfolio. You will manage client commissions independently while providing technical advice and contract administration across commercial property. Responsibilities * Lead technical due diligence surveys and reporting * Manage refurbishment and repair projects through contract administration * Deliver dilapidations advice for landlords and occupiers * Prepare planned maintenance schedules and reinstatement cost assessments * Produce Licences for Alterations and monitor tenant works Requirements * MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor * Commercial Building Surveying experience * Contract administration and technical due diligence expertise * Experience with dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters * Ability to manage client commissions independently Salary & Package * £45,000–£65,000 basic salary * Car allowance * Discretionary, fee-related and employee ownership bonuses * 5% employer pension contribution * Hybrid working, private medical cover, paid professional memberships, 25+ days' holiday plus bank holidays and annual leave purchase option 📩 Apply by submitting your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation
