Senior Quantity Surveyor (Facades Remediation)

Your new company Specialist Façade & Cladding Contractor - London & Nationwide Projects This established specialist contractor has been delivering external envelope, façade installation and cladding remediation solutions since 2013. The business operates across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments throughout London and across the UK, providing technically complex façade packages and building safety remediation works. The company manages a portfolio of façade and remediation projects nationally, with teams delivering multiple live schemes simultaneously. Their workload includes external wall remediation, cladding replacement, rainscreen systems, curtain walling and full building envelope packages across both new-build developments and existing occupied buildings. Your new role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage one QS and take commercial responsibility for multiple cladding remediation projects, managing the full project life cycle from pre‑construction through to final account. You will work closely with project teams, clients, consultants, and specialist supply chains to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially, and in line with regulatory requirements. Your role will include cost control, procurement, subcontract management, change control, and commercial reporting, as well as supporting value engineering and risk management on technically complex remediation schemes. What you'll need to succeed At least 7+ years experience and Senior Quantity Surveyor within cladding remediation, facade replacement, or fire‑safety works.Strong knowledge of external wall systems, remediation risks, and compliance‑led construction Experience managing subcontractor packages and complex change control Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail The ability to operate confidently within living and occupied buildings A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery What you'll get in return The salary for this role is circa £85K + package, benefits, negotiable depending on experience.
