eCommerce Air Export Supervisor

Right Now Group are recruiting for an experienced eCommerce Air Export Supervisor on behalf of a growing international eCommerce & Courier Freight Forwarder based near Heathrow.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Export professional with a strong background in eCommerce or Courier Freight to join a busy export operation in a hands-on supervisory role. Working within a close-knit team, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the export department whilst remaining actively involved in the operational process from booking through to departure.

You'll play a key role in managing airline relationships, securing freight capacity, supporting the export team, and ensuring time-critical shipments continue to move efficiently across global trade lanes including the USA, Singapore, and other international destinations.

• Supervise the day-to-day running of the Air Export department whilst remaining hands-on with export operations.
\n
• Manage international air export shipments from booking through to final departure, ensuring all customs and airline requirements are met.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, securing freight capacity, airline allocations and coordinating PB bookings.
\n
• Support and develop the Air Export team, ensuring high standards of operational performance and customer service.
\n
• Complete and audit export documentation, customs entries, MAWBs, HAWBs and pre-alerts for overseas agents.
\n
• Work closely with warehouse, transport, customer service and overseas partners to ensure shipments depart on time and in full compliance.

• Previous experience within eCommerce or Courier Freight is essential.
\n
• Strong background in Air Export operations within a freight forwarding environment.
\n
• Experience managing export shipments from start to finish, including customs entries using CDS.
\n
• Excellent knowledge of airline bookings, freight allocations, MAWBs, HAWBs and export compliance.
\n
• Previous supervisory, senior operator or team leader experience is highly advantageous.
\n
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
\n

• Competitive salary between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
\n
• Location: Heathrow.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 18:00.
