Job Description
Most paraplanning roles offer a salary, discretionary bonus (if you're lucky) and a vague promise about progression. This one is different. Here, you’ll receive a salary of up to £35,000, alongside a clear performance-related bonus that could add a further £20,000–£24,000 a year once you’re fully trained and established in the role. The target is transparent - complete 40 cases a month while maintaining the required quality standards. Hit it consistently and earning more than £50,000 is genuinely realistic. And if your longer-term ambition is to become a Financial Adviser, there is a clear route into advice, with support and funding for further qualifications.THE JOB You’ll join a busy technical planning team that currently includes six Paraplanners. Two additional roles have been approved because the volume of work continues to grow. This team deals with the more complex cases, including higher-value clients and advice requiring more detailed calculations or technical input.
