Social Worker - Kinship Assessments - Barnet Council

Our client, Barnet Council is seeking an agency Social Worker for its Kinship assessment team.

This post will last at least 3 months.

The pay rate is £37.52 per hour.

The role will involve the following:

• Completing all types of Kinship assessments (Viability assessments, Special Guardian assessments and Connected Carer assessments)
\n
• Hybrid working (1 day per week in the office + visits to families and home working)
\n

Requirements of the role:

\n
• Qualified Social Worker
\n
• Fully Social Work England registered
\n
• 3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
\n
• Must have experience of undertaking Kinship assessments as detailed above
\n
• Generic/mainstream fostering experience will not be considered
\n
