- Managing and developing key NHS accounts across the territory. \n
- Building relationships with clinical, operational and procurement stakeholders. \n
- Delivering territory growth against quarterly and annual targets. \n
- Creating and executing robust territory and account plans. \n
- Supporting product evaluations, trials and implementation activity. \n
- Delivering product training and ongoing customer education. \n
- Using CRM tools effectively to manage opportunities and pipeline activity. \n
- Collaborating with clinical and commercial colleagues to secure account conversions and long-term partnerships. \n
- Analysing sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities. \n
Profile
\nYou will be an accomplished healthcare sales professional with a proven track record of delivering growth within NHS accounts.
\nComfortable operating in complex acute care environments, you will be skilled at engaging multiple stakeholders, identifying opportunities and influencing commercial and clinical decision-making.
\nYou are likely to bring:

- Proven success in NHS healthcare sales, ideally within medical devices, consumables or clinical solutions. \n
- Strong account management and territory planning experience. \n
- Experience selling through complex stakeholder groups, including clinical, operational and procurement decision-makers. \n
- The ability to lead product evaluations, training and implementation activities. \n
- A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work autonomously in a field-based role. \n
- Strong commercial acumen, with confidence using CRM systems and sales data to drive performance. \n
- A clinical background or clinical training would be advantageous but is not essential. \n
This role would suit a relationship-led sales professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships and creating value for both customers and patients.
