This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and progressive practice, managing a varied portfolio of clients while delivering both compliance and advisory services.Working with high-net-worth individuals, business owners and families, you'll play a key role in providing tailored tax advice, identifying planning opportunities and building long-term client relationships.As Personal Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include:\n

- Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, directors and business owners. \n
- Overseeing the preparation and review of self-assessment tax returns. \n
- Delivering personal tax advisory services, including tax planning, inheritance tax, capital gains tax and succession planning. \n
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and providing commercially focused advice. \n
- Managing HMRC correspondence, enquiries and disclosures. \n
- Building trusted relationships with clients and acting as their first point of contact for personal tax matters. \n
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the tax team. \n
- Keeping up to date with changes in UK tax legislation and ensuring clients receive proactive advice. \n

- CTA qualified, ATT qualified with significant experience, or ACA/ACCA qualified with strong personal tax expertise. \n
- Previous experience in a personal tax role within an accountancy practice. \n
- Strong technical knowledge of UK personal taxation, particularly relating to high-net-worth individuals. \n
- Experience of both compliance and advisory work. \n
- A proactive approach with the ability to identify tax risks and planning opportunities. \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. \n

- Salary of £40,000–£60,000, depending on experience. \n
