Procurement Manager

Are you an experienced Procurement professional looking to shape and develop procurement strategy within a growing, regulated business?

We're looking for a commercially minded Procurement Manager to lead procurement activity, strengthen supplier governance and drive value across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to establish best practice, influence senior stakeholders and play a key role in managing supplier relationships and third-party risk.

Location: Leeds (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home)Salary: £55,000 per annum

The Role

• Leading sourcing and tender activities from end to end.
\n
• Negotiating supplier contracts and commercial terms.
\n
• Managing supplier performance, KPIs and contract renewals.
\n
• Developing procurement policies, processes and governance.
\n
• Overseeing supplier due diligence and third-party risk management.
\n
• Working closely with Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance and IT to ensure robust supplier oversight.
\n
• Producing procurement reporting, spend analysis and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
\n

About You

\n
• Previous experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Supplier Management.
\n
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
\n
• Experience developing procurement processes and supplier governance.
\n
• The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business.
\n
• Excellent organisational skills and commercial awareness.
\n
• Experience working within a regulated environment would be advantageous.
