- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. \n
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning. \n
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information. \n
- Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate reporting. \n
- Provide financial insights to stakeholders to aid strategic decision-making. \n
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. \n
- Assist with audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors. \n
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies. \n
Profile
\nA successful Part Qualified Management Accountant should have:

- Be part-qualified in a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). \n
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. \n
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. \n
- Sound understanding of management accounting principles within the property industry. \n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills. \n
