Property Coordinator Helpdesk
\nAnnual Salary: £25,000 - £31,000Location: WimbledonJob Type: Permanent, Hybrid
\nMy client is currently looking for a Property Helpdesk Coordinator. This position plays a key role in supporting the maintenance, refurbishment, relocation, and day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio. The role would suit a highly organised individual who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering excellent customer service.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage the property helpdesk inbox, responding to maintenance requests and property-related enquiries. \n
- Act as the first point of contact for emergency maintenance issues across multiple locations. \n
- Log and monitor all property-related jobs within the property management database. \n
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers to attend and resolve maintenance issues. \n
- Track the progress of works and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and within agreed timescales. \n
- Obtain quotations and process approvals in line with company procedures. \n
- Review, code, and process invoices for payment. \n
- Produce reports and assist with general administrative duties as required. \n
- Maintain records and contracts relating to property services and suppliers. \n
- Support compliance across the property portfolio, including Fire Safety and Health & Safety requirements. \n
Skills & Experience Required

- Highly organised and proactive, with a practical approach to problem-solving. \n
- Able to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities. \n
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the telephone, with the ability to build confidence and rapport with stakeholders at all levels. \n
- Confident when liaising with contractors and external suppliers. \n
- Results-driven with a strong commitment to resolving issues quickly and effectively. \n
- Excellent IT skills and a high level of attention to detail. \n
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills. \n
