Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administration professional to join a well-established London-based Partner Practice of a leading national wealth management firm.

\n

This role will involve providing high-level administrative and client support to Wealth Planners, working with high-net-worth clients and ensuring all cases are processed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

\n

You will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end financial planning process within a busy, professional, and client-focused environment.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Adviser Support:

\n
    \n
  • Act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth clients
  • \n
  • Manage diaries and coordinate client meetings
  • \n
  • Prepare client meeting packs and documentation
  • \n
  • Record and summarise meeting notes accurately
  • \n
\n

Business Processing:

\n
    \n
  • Prepare and submit new business and complex application forms
  • \n
  • Track case progress from submission through to completion
  • \n
  • Ensure all business is processed in line with compliance and regulatory standards
  • \n
\n

Onboarding & Compliance:

\n
    \n
  • Support full client onboarding process
  • \n
  • Complete AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CDD (Client Due Diligence) checks
  • \n
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements
  • \n
\n

Back Office Administration:

\n
    \n
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • \n
  • Use CRM and financial planning systems to manage client information
  • \n
  • Liaise with providers to obtain updates and resolve queries
  • \n
  • \n
\n

About You:

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in a financial planning, wealth management, or IFA administration role
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of financial services products including pensions, investments, protection, tax, and estate planning
  • \n
  • Experience using industry systems such as Xplan or Intelliflo (desirable)
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
  • \n
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • \n
  • \n
