Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Duxford, is looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) looking to develop their analytical skills and gain valuable commercial finance experience within a supportive environment. Working closely with senior finance leaders, you'll play a key role in providing financial insight, supporting business performance, and contributing to strategic decision-making. - Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports and management information. \n
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. \n
- Analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. \n
- Assist with month-end reporting and variance analysis. \n
- Develop financial models to support business decisions. \n
- Produce KPI reporting and performance dashboards. \n
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to provide financial insight and challenge where appropriate. \n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes. \n
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects as required. \n

- Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA (or actively studying). \n
- Previous experience in an analytical finance role, management accounts, or commercial finance. \n
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyse data. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. \n
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business. \n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. \n
