Production Operator/Machine Operator

Production Operative - Leicester

You'll be part of a busy, supportive production team creating products used across automotive, aerospace, marine and other high-tech industries. If you enjoy hands-on work, teamwork and learning new skills, this role is for you.

Pay & Shifts

• £12.71 per hour
\n
• £10 daily shift allowance - Averaging £14.03 per hour
\n
• Rotation shifts - 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Monday to Friday - weekly rotation.
\n
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent
\n

What You'll Do

\n
• Operate automated & manual machinery (full training provided)
\n
• Work on raw materials lines and complete finishing processes
\n
• Carry out quality checks and follow production schedules
\n
• Use computer systems for stock checks & data entry
\n
• Keep accurate records for audits
\n
• Move materials using pump trucks/overhead cranes
\n
• General housekeeping & basic maintenance
\n
• Report any issues to your Line Manager
\n

What You Need

\n
• Basic literacy, numeracy & computer skills
\n
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
\n
• Reliable travel for 6am starts
\n
