The Role

We are recruiting for a Business & Office Support Associate to join a professional international consultancy. This is a varied role combining office administration, facilities coordination, event support, and general business assistance. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth running of the office while creating a welcoming and professional environment for colleagues and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for office operations and facilities.
  • \n
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and building management.
  • \n
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, compliance activities, and supplies.
  • \n
  • Welcome visitors and support meeting room management.
  • \n
  • Manage post, deliveries, and visitor arrangements.
  • \n
  • Organise meeting logistics, catering, and internal events.
  • \n
  • Support regular staff meetings, social events, and business initiatives.
  • \n
  • Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and expenses.
  • \n
  • Assist with onboarding and workstation setup for new starters.
  • \n
  • Support Health & Safety compliance and workplace procedures.
  • \n
  • Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc business projects.1

Essential

  • Previous experience in office administration, office coordination, facilities, or business support.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously.
  • \n
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.
  • \n
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • \n
  • Availability to work onsite Monday to Thursday fully on site.
