You'll play a key role in improving processes, supporting forecasting, and identifying opportunities to enhance financial performance.What you'll do\n

  • Produce accurate month-end management accounts in line with agreed deadlines and accounting standards
  • \n
  • Prepare management information packs with detailed analysis and variance commentary
  • \n
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide insight into financial performance against budget and forecast
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies
  • \n
  • Support forecasting and reporting improvements across the finance function
  • \n
  • Ensure financial information is accurate and highlight any issues or discrepancies
  • \n
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial controls and processes
  • \n
  • Support finance requirements linked to software implementations and business integrations
  • \n
  • Build strong relationships across finance and wider business departments
  • \n
You'll work closely with senior finance leaders, operational teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure financial performance is clearly understood and aligned to business expectations.What we're looking for\n

  • Strong accounting knowledge, including accruals, prepayments, deferred and accrued income
  • \n
  • Previous experience producing management accounts and financial analysis
  • \n
  • Excellent Excel skills and confidence working across multiple systems
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • \n
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • \n
  • Logical and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • \n
  • Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, or PowerPoint would be advantageous
  • \n
  • AAT qualified or studying towards CIMA/ACCA would be beneficial
  • \n
