Reed are working with a nationally recognised company who are seeking a motivated Inbound Telesales Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a keen interest in automotive parts. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving personal sales targets, identifying customer needs and providing exceptional service.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Achieve personal KPIs and revenue objectives with target customer sets.
\n
• Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements.
\n
• Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set.
\n
• Identify and exploit upsell opportunities to grow overall sales figures.
\n
• Maintain knowledge on new or updated parts through training and reading materials.
\n
• Record and feedback lost sales opportunities to the Sales Manager.
\n
• Provide a high level of customer service, understanding customer requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders and providing expert advice.
\n
• Build strong relationships with clients through regular contact both over the phone and face-to-face.
\n
• Resolve any customer concerns or complaints professionally.
\n
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct business with integrity.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
\n
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software.
\n
• Knowledge of automotive parts and the industry is a plus.
\n
