Deburrer Finisher

Deburrer/Finishers opportunity with this excellent precision engineering company.

In this hands-on role, you will deburr CNC turned machine parts to the highest quality standards for customers across oil & gas, nuclear, automotive, aerospace and general engineering. This is an excellent opportunity with scope for personal development and increased responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Deburr external surfaces and edges of CNC turned machine parts.
\n
• Deburr internal cross drilling and internal and external threads.
\n
• Work confidently in an AS9100 certified environment.
\n
• Use hand tools to meet customer drawing requirements.
\n
• Perform final part marking.
\n
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and route cards accurately.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
\n
• Proven experience in a machine shop environment.
\n
• Experience working with a range of Hand tools.
\n
• Knowledge of multiple material types.
\n
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
\n
• Positive can-do attitude.
\n
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
\n
• Excellent communication skills.
\n
