The role

You’ll be joining a well-established and growing Commercial Property team handling a strong pipeline of work from long-standing commercial clients, developers, charities and corporate organisations. This is a senior appointment with visibility, autonomy and the space to build something.

The work

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions & disposals
\n
• Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
\n
• Development and strategic land transactions
\n
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and development documentation
\n
• Advising commercial clients across multiple sectors
\n
• Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
\n

What the firm is looking for

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
\n
• 6+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
\n
• Confident running matters independently
\n
• Commercially minded and solution-driven
\n
