• Supporting the Claims team in delivering an effective claims service in line with service level agreements, claims handling procedures and regulatory standards
\n
• Assisting with ongoing data cleansing and records management processes
\n
• Processing, filing and logging invoices accurately and within agreed team standards
\n
• Carrying out peer reviews and quality checks alongside other members of the Claims team
\n
• Creating new claim files and preparing acknowledgement correspondence
\n
• Providing administrative support to Claims Adjusters on active claims matters
\n
• Assisting Claims Managers with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation across claims activities
\n
• Contributing to the smooth running of the department through effective organisation and attention to detail
\n

CLAIMS SUPPORT OFFICER ESSENTIALS:\n

• Demonstrating previous administration experience
\n
• Applying insurance experience where beneficial, while building knowledge where experience is limited
\n
• Developing a career within insurance and claims
\n
• Using Microsoft Office applications effectively, including Outlook, Word and Excel
\n
• Bringing a positive, proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
\n
• Working collaboratively as part of a team
\n
• Applying an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
