Based in Pulborough (office based)

£16 - £19 per hour

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a great job opportunity for a Credit Controller to join an expanding business in the Pulborough area.

You will be responsible for managing a customer ledger of approximately 500 accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are monitored and collected efficiently and in a timely manner.

Your duties will include:

• Raise customer invoices
\n
• Chase outstanding debt via telephone and e-mail
\n
• Send customer statements on a monthly basis
\n
• Maintaining all notes on customer accounts
\n
• Cash/BACS payment allocation to customer accounts
\n
• Dealing with and resolving customer account queries
\n
• Processing credit card payments
\n
• Reporting daily cash collections to the Receivable’s Manager
\n

Key requirements:

\n
• You must be immediately available or on a short notice period
\n
• Proven experience in a similar role
\n
• You must be motivated, able to communicate well and enjoy working collaboratively as a team
\n
• You must be a car driver due to the location
\n
