Employee Relations Advisor

Glasgow - Predominantly Home-Based

Permanent, Full Time

up to £38,000 per annum

We're partnering with a well-established, multi-site organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor to join a collaborative People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the pace and variety of ER, partnering with managers to navigate complex people matters while delivering a positive colleague experience.

What you'll be doing:

\n
• Managing a broad range of employee relations cases from start to finish.
\n
• Coaching and advising managers on employee relations issues and employment legislation.
\n
• Supporting investigations, hearings and formal processes.
\n
• Working closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across the business.
\n
• Using people insight to help drive fair, consistent and commercially sound decisions.
\n

We're looking for someone who has:

\n
• Previous experience in an Employee Relations or HR Advisory role.
\n
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
\n
• Confidence managing complex ER cases independently.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills.
\n
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and sound commercial judgement.
\n
