The Geotechnical Engineer positionThe successful candidate will assist with site investigations, logging and sampling soils and rock, and preparing technical documentation. Responsibilities will also include undertaking desk-based assessments, attending site visits, supporting foundation and retaining structure design work, and liaising with engineers and environmental professionals to ensure successful project delivery across Chelmsford and surrounding areas.

Requirements

    Degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline

    • \n
  • \n

    Previous experience within ground investigation, geotechnical, or consultancy environments

    • \n
  • \n

    Full UK driving licence

    • \n
  • \n

    Right to work in the UK

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • \n
  • \n

    Able to commute to or reside near Cambridge
