Payroll & Pensions Trainee Location: Ipswich HybridHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridaySalary: £25k We are looking for a Payroll & Pensions Trainee to join our friendly and professional Payroll & Pensions team. \nKey Responsibilities

- Support our team of specialist deliver the portfolio of end-to-end monthly payrolls \n
- Complete payrolls processes accurately and within agreed timescales \n
- Administer pension processes including Auto Enrolment, AVCs, Local Government and Teacher Pension Schemes. \n
- Process pension joiners, leavers, transfers, retirements, and in-service changes \n
- Reconcile payroll and pension data and produce accurate reports \n
- Liaise with pension providers, finance teams, and other stakeholders \n
- Support investigations into and resolve payroll and pension queries in a timely and professional manner \n
- Support the administration aspect of audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives \n
About You
\nWe're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn. You will have:

- Experience in or a strong desire to learn payroll processing and pension administration \n

- Excellent computer literacy skills, including all Microsoft packages. \n
