Air Conditioning Supervisor - Foot Mobile

Position: Air Conditioning Working SupervisorLocation: WestminsterSalary: £50,000 - £60,000Our client, a specialist M+E services provider, who operate throughout the South East, are seeking an experienced foot mobile AC Engineer / AC Supervisor to join their team, covering 2 prestigious sites in the Westminster area.The Air Conditioning Supervisor will be overseeing engineers, as well as working on the tools themselves, carrying out servicing and repairs, of air conditioning systems across 2 sites, ensuring systems are always running smoothly. Due to the nature of the sites, they have an ageing HVAC infrastructure, so the Air Conditioning Supervisor must be technically competent, working on older systems, with no supervision, prioritising high 1st fix rates etc. as they will be the technical lead, for the site. The Air Conditioning Supervisor will be managing KPI's, ensuring H&S across the 2 sites and providing technical assistance to the other engineers.
