Production Planner

Murray McIntosh are seeking a Production Planner to work for a key client on an initial 6 month contract as detailed below:Responsibilities and skills:Previous experience if material and production planningAble to identify material shortages, capacity constraints/schedule risks and implement effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption.Ability to create reports, dashboards, and data analysis toolsExperience identifying and implementing process improvements across planning, inventory control and on time performanceEngineering background / qualifications are desirableExperience of ERP in a manufacturing environmentUnderstanding / experience of product lifecycleFlexible and able to add value in a business where change and continuous improvement are the norm.Working arrangements: Full time on site with the opportunity to WFH occasionallyCurrent SC clearance preferred, but BPSS is sufficient.
