This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tiler looking for a mobile role carrying out high-quality repairs and installations across residential and commercial properties.About the Job:Mobile role covering East and South BelfastWork van providedASAP - 31/12/26Monday to Friday08:00 - 17:0040 hours per week (60-minute unpaid break)£14.42 Per HourDBS requiredFull UK driving licence requiredJob Overview:Carry out wall and floor tiling installations, repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial propertiesPrepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling and applying adhesivesMeasure, cut and fit tiles accurately to a high standardGrout and seal tiled surfaces to provide a durable, waterproof finishRepair and replace damaged or broken tilesCarry out inspections and identify any additional repair requirementsRead and interpret technical drawings and specificationsComplete all work in line with health and safety regulations and company proceduresMaintain accurate records of work completed, materials used and time spent on jobsDeliver excellent customer service while working within occupied propertiesParticipate in the out-of-hours emergency repair rota when requiredAbout You:NVQ Level 2 in Wall and Floor Tiling or equivalentValid CSCS cardPrevious experience in tiling within repairs, maintenance or constructionStrong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials and best practicesAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsGood understanding of construction health and safety regulationsExcellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanshipStrong communication and customer service skillsFull UK driving licenceReliable, self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple sitesApply with an up to date CV or call Luis on 07483 332965TPBN1_UKTJ
