Simpler Law receives over 120 referrals a day from all over the UK and your role will consist of attending prebooked calls with clients who have enquired about our services.You will be responsible for reviewing any existing arrangements, ensuring it is the best plan for them and advising accordingly via phone or zoom. You will be responsible for ensuring that they receive the best service and advice possible, whether taking new instructions or advising on current plans. These calls are daytime appointments only and full product training will be provided at our head office in Lincoln.As the company continues to grow, this role carries genuine opportunities to advance into management roles.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing clientsMaintain accurate recordsProvide advice and knowledge on estate planning arrangementsMaintain high standards of customer service at all timeJob RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in a customer-focused sales environmentAdministrative skills including maintaining accurate recordsAn ability to engage with clients and enable a conversationAct as a consultant to help clients make informed decisionsBenefitsGenuine OTE of £55,00028 days annual holiday (inc.
