Class 1 Driver

nteraction Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Class 1 drivers in Luton.Pay Rate: £17.00 to £19.00 per hourYou will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods across the UK. Work may include trunking, store deliveries, RDC-to-RDC runs, container work, or general haulage depending on client requirements.Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defectsSafely operate articulated vehicles (trucks/trailers)Transport goods between depots, warehouses, and customer sitesEnsure all paperwork and/or electronic PODs are completed accuratelyComply with tachograph rules, driving hours, and road safety regulationsLoad/unload where required (depending on role)Maintain professional communication with planners, customers, and site staffRequirements:Valid Category C+E (Class 1) driving licenceValid Driver CPC qualificationValid Digital Tachograph cardMinimum 2 years experience.Good understanding of UK road networks and driving regulationPlease call 07740819391 to discuss the positiion in more detailINDWFTPBN1_UKTJ
