We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class Driver to join our client in Basildon on an ongoing temporary basis, offering consistent work, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.This position is temporary, for holiday, sickness and increase in workload. Start times vary between 18:00 and 20:00.Duties but not inclusive to:Responsible for undertaking trunk runs to their hub and backCarry out daily vehicle safety inspections, completing required paperwork and reporting any defectsComplying with all relevant driving rules and regulations including WTD and tachograph rulesAbout YouWe're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious driver with the right experience and a strong work ethic.Valid HGV 1 licence, held for 2 years plusNo more than 6 penalty points on licenceDriver CPC qualified or Valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and Digi Tacho CardGood geographic knowledgeA positive, can-do attitudeExcellent communication skills at all levels towards both customers and colleaguesPrevious multi drop experience is requiredDriverForce UK Ltd is acting as an employment businessTPBN1_UKTJ
