Experience working within a health and social care environment. An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or be working towards an appropriate qualification. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. A compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach to care. A good understanding of safeguarding and care regulations. Essential Requirements Ability to travel within the community as required Flexible to work alternate weekends Must hold a valid driving licence Eligible to register with the relevant statutory body where applicable.
