HR CoordinatorNottinghamTemp to Perm | Full Time | 37 Hours per Week£27,000 - £28,000SF Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well established and highly respected organisation in Nottingham to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive HR team where you'll play a key role in delivering a professional and efficient HR service across the full employee lifecycle. This role would suit someone with previous HR administration or HR coordination experience who is looking to further develop their career within a busy and rewarding environment.As HR Coordinator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR function, ensuring processes run smoothly while delivering an excellent experience for employees and managers.Key responsibilities include:Managing all HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle including starters, changes and leaversMaintaining accurate employee records and HR systemsActing as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queriesSupporting recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, onboarding and pre-employment checksPreparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentationAssisting with monthly payroll administration and employee changesProducing HR reports including absence, turnover and workforce dataSupporting employee relations processes and HR projectsCoordinating training and learning & development administrationEnsuring compliance with employment legislation, GDPR and internal policiesAbout YouPrevious experience within a HR Administration or HR Coordinator positionIdeally CIPD Level 3 qualified, studying towards CIPD or equivalent practical experienceA good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycleExperience supporting recruitment, onboarding and payroll administrationStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills and confidence building relationships with managers and employeesExperience using HR systems together with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelThe ability to handle confidential information professionallyIf you're an organised HR professional looking for your next opportunity and would like to find out more, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
