Electrical Supervisor Data Centre Construction£70,000 - £85,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Living AllowanceBlyth, England, United Kingdom (On-Site)We're recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join one of Europe's leading data centre contractors on a major hyperscale data centre project in Blyth, England .This is an excellent opportunity to oversee electrical installation activities on a flagship mission-critical project, managing site operations, subcontractors, and electrical works while ensuring delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.As Electrical Supervisor, you'll play a key role in coordinating site activities, supporting programme delivery, and ensuring electrical works are completed in line with project specifications, drawings, and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on site.Liaise with other trades, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead programmes in line with project schedules.Attend daily briefings, site meetings, and coordination meetings.Manage labour resources and monitor productivity against programme requirements.Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are delivered efficiently.Maintain high standards of quality, workmanship, and safety across all electrical activities.Ensure materials, tools, and plant are delivered, inspected, and stored correctly.Verify subcontractor plant and access equipment certification.Identify project risks, variations, delays, and communicate issues to the project management team.Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.RequirementsRelevant Electrical trade qualification.Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Foreman, or Electrical Site Supervisor.Strong background within an M&E contracting environment.Experience managing electrical subcontractors and site installation activities.Good understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Previous experience on Data Centre, Mission Critical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Large-Scale Construction projects is highly desirable.What's on Offer?£70,000 - £85,000 basic salary.Accommodation provided.Rotation.Living allowance.Opportunity to work on a major hyperscale data centre project in Blyth.Excellent career progression opportunities.Join one of Europe's leading specialist data centre contractors.TPBN1_UKTJ
