Urgent Contract Technician / Bike MechanicLocation: Coventry, West MidlandsPosition Type: Contractor (Short term Contract )Hours: Approx. 40/60 hours per weekHourly Rate: £18.00 per hour (Dependent on experience and certifications)About Use-ppl Group Ltd is a trusted leader in specialist quality and manufacturing support, partnering with global OEMs from our IMI-approved e-vo facility in Coventry. We specialise in technical support for vehicle upgrades, prototype builds, and electrification projects. We are currently focusing on high-priority contracts and require an immediate, skilled Contractor Technician / Bike Mechanic to join our workshop.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnostics & Repairs: Quality repairs, maintenance, and safety checks on motor bikes, and assemblies.PDI Assessments: Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and quality audits on new motor bikes to ensure perfect assembly and safety standards.Component Tuning: Service advanced components including modern drivetrains.Workshop Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, organised, and presentable workspace, adhering strictly to factory health and safety regulations.Contractor RequirementsTechnical Expertise: Proven practical experience working as a mechanic or technician in a premium super bikes workshop, or manufacturing environment.
