You'll be responsible for maintaining and fault-finding on a wide range of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, helping keep a complex production operation running safely and efficiently.If you enjoy solving problems, working on large industrial equipment, and being part of a skilled engineering team, this could be the role you've been looking for.What's On Offer£50,998 starting salarySalary increases to £56,998 following competency sign-off (typically within 3-6 months)Quarterly bonus scheme paying between 2.5% and 15%Private medical insuranceLife assurance33 days holiday including bank holidaysPension scheme with employer contributions up to 8%Employee Assistance ProgrammeLong-term career development and training opportunitiesNo on-call requirementThe Role - Electrical Maintenance EngineerCarrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a large manufacturing facilityDiagnosing and repairing electrical faults on production equipmentFault finding across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systemsSupporting the development and improvement of preventative maintenance schedulesUsing CMMS systems to record maintenance activities and work ordersIdentifying and ordering critical spare partsWorking alongside specialist OEM engineers when requiredSupporting continuous improvement activities across the siteEnsuring high standards of safety, quality and engineering workmanship at all timesWhat We're Looking ForExperience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer or Multi-Skilled EngineerStrong electrical fault-finding abilities within an industrial or manufacturing environmentAbility to read and understand electrical engineering drawingsExperience working in a production or manufacturing environmentApprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds, ONC, HNC or equivalent engineering qualification preferredGood communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenanceMechanical maintenance experience would be advantageousThis role would suit engineers from manufacturing, steel, foundry, FMCG, chemicals, recycling, power generation, paper, glass, cement or other heavy industrial environments.If you're looking for a well-paid Electrical Maintenance Engineer position with excellent benefits, technical challenges and long-term stability, we'd like to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
