We are currently looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Asphalt Performance Manager to join our National Performance team within Contracting.This is a highly influential national role focused on driving innovation, performance improvement, and operational excellence across our asphalt and contracting business. Working at the forefront of paving technology and decarbonisation, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the industry through initiatives such as Roads of the Future , high-specification paving projects, and continuous improvement programmes.As the national lead for paving innovation and performance optimisation, you will work closely with operational teams, technical specialists, suppliers, customers and senior stakeholders to improve quality, efficiency and value across the end-to-end asphalt production and paving processThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on driving change, influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable business improvements in a dynamic operational environment.What You'll Be DoingAs Asphalt Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading innovation, continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives across our contracting business.
