Working closely with the Head Chef and wider brigade, you'll help maintain the highest standards while supporting and developing junior team members.Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes within your designated sectionSupporting and mentoring Commis Chefs to help them develop their skillsMaintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and portion controlWorking closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experienceEnsuring orders are prepared accurately and served efficiently during busy serviceContributing ideas for daily specials and seasonal menu developmentAssisting the Head Chef in evolving the a la carte menuMaintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safetyHelping to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently as part of a collaborative teamYour personality, experience and qualifications We're looking an experienced Chef who takes pride in delivering outstanding food and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
