Wellbeing Key WorkerLiverpoolUp to £30,000 per annumFull-time, PermanentJob Description:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wellbeing Key Worker to join a specialist team delivering personalised wellbeing support across Liverpool. This role focuses on supporting individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes that improve their health, wellbeing and future prospects.Working with individuals within the criminal justice system, including those on probation or recently released from custody, you will play a crucial role in supporting rehabilitation, reducing reoffending, and helping people progress into employment, education and training.Youll deliver tailored interventions through a mixture of one-to-one sessions, group workshops and digital engagement, ensuring each individual receives the support they need to achieve positive outcomes.The role involves:Managing a caseload of service users, ensuring delivery against agreed targetsDelivering personalised wellbeing support based on individual needs and complexityCompleting comprehensive assessments, including screening for LDDDeveloping high-quality, strength-based action plans with service usersDelivering support through one-to-one sessions, group workshops and digital platformsBuilding strong relationships with local services to enable effective signposting and partnership workingPlanning, delivering and evaluating group sessions tailored to client needsEnsuring compliance with contractual requirements and maintaining accurate recordsParticipating in observations, reflective practice and continuous professional developmentSupporting individuals within probation settings to engage with rehabilitation programmes and improve wellbeingYoull need:Experience of delivering wellbeing interventions and achieving positive outcomes, ideally within a criminal justice settingExperience managing a caseload and working within a target-driven environmentAbility to deliver engaging one-to-one and group-based support sessionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationshipsExperience developing strength-based action plansKnowledge of local health and wellbeing services across statutory and community sectorsUnderstanding of quality and compliance within justice-based servicesConfidence using digital platforms to deliver servicesA commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practiceDesirable:Counselling skills or relevant health-related qualificationsSubstance Misuse Awareness Level 3Mental Health First Aid and/or Suicide Awareness trainingExperience supporting individuals affected by domestic abuseKnowledge of motivational interviewing or asset-based approachesDue to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.If this sounds like the perfect role for you then please submit your CV.This vacancy is being handled by Aspire Recruitment.
