Were problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.This role will be within our Water Division, working on one of our current three frameworks with Scottish Water.SR21 DV1 : Capital works water and wastewater framework, delivered by the Caledonia Water Alliance (CWA) Joint Venture. Primarily infrastructure and civil engineering project improving network resilient and protecting the environment.SR21 DV2 : Predominantly MEICA based capital maintenance framework on existing water and wastewater assets. Upgrade, refurbishment and high value capital maintenance projectsSR27 DV4 : The integrated design and construction of civil and infrastructure projects within SW 12 years enterprise arrangement. Our Scottish Water frameworks offer long term career development opportunities and a diverse portfolio of roles within the water sector.What will you be doing?As Senior Quantity Surveyor you'll be instrumental in administering NEC contracts, raising early warning notices, identifying and pricing compensation events, and managing subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Your attention to detail will support accurate CVRs and P&L reports, as well as management of subcontract orders, quotations and final accounts.Youll check timesheets, staff allocations and ensure robust financial governance.
