Our products are trusted by professional chefs and commercial kitchens worldwide, delivering outstanding performance, sustainability and value.The OpportunityWe are seeking an energetic Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to strengthen and support our Bristol office. The role will be to support our field sales representative and support existing distributor relationships whilst developing new business opportunities. Also being a marketing specialist that works in conjunction with our brand and digital partner.What Youll Be DoingProcess new sales leads in conjunction with field sales representative, provide quotations and log customer correspondence on CRM systemTrack territory revenue against budget and develop strong relationships with clients ensuring they become long-term partners. Identify upsell opportunities within existing accountsProvide additional sales support for Top 20 customers. Liaise with external marketing and internal customer teamsResponsible for supporting London field sales manager with existing distributor accounts and new sales enquiries (distributor and end user opportunities)Maintain the sales CRM database, customer files, quotations and record managementDraft content and issue quarterly internal and external newsletters for Prowrap, email campaigns and marketing literatureManage AI marketing campaigns for existing and prospect customersAttend and coordinate company exhibitions, trade events and photo/video shoots as and when required and handle basic video editingManage LinkedIn/company social media activity and content planning with external agencyWhat Youll BringExperience in a sales support role or customer service roleStrong commercial awarenessStrategic PlanningStrong organisational SkillsFor further details and to apply, email your CV to: Scott Bird quoting Ref: MC2785NB Wrapex has retained Moon Executive Search to manage this campaign and are therefore unable to accept CVs from third party agencies.
